MBL prepared an on the ground field survey of the site and prepared an existing conditions site plan for the design, development and permitting of a proposed building addition to the rear of the existing building. The proposed site plan that was developed provided new stormwater designs using a Low Impact Design (LID) in accordance with the MassDEP Stormwater Regulations. In addtion to delineating the existing wetlands around the project site, we also incorporated as part of the proposed site plans, the development of a Definitive Subdivision Set of plans for Robb Way that helped provide access to the proposed parking lot and access roads around the site.
MBL worked close with the City of Fall River to get the required various approvals and permitts including approval from the Planning Board for the Site Plan & Subdivision Approval for Robb's way, and Conservation Commission approval with Notice of Intent.
MBL's Survey Department also provided survey construction stakeout and layout for the proposed building addition and proposed site. We also prepared a Land Court Survey and Plan for the site plans and for the definitive subdivision plans.
Our Survey Department also worked with other teams to complete the construction and stakeout of the newly designed, & permitted water tower located just adjacent to the site along Airport Road.
