105 Porter Street - Stoughton, Ma

MBL prepared an on the ground field survey and prepared an existing conditions survey plan for the development of a 30 unit apartment building located at 105 Porter Street, Stoughton, MA.  We also prepared the site plans for the Planning Board approval and special permit site plan approval in the Central Business District.  This was a mixed use development of residential units and commercial units on the first floor of the building. 

MBL prepared the site plan, drainage design, landscaping design and all of the permitting plans that were needed for the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Planning Board to approve this project.
