This project consisted of six multi-family dwelling units newly constructed with a two sub-surface septic system, drainage swales
and basins, along with associated parking and grading throughout the site.

MBL prepared the on the ground field survey, wetland delineation and an existing conditions survey plan that was utilized for the proposed development plans for this project. 

Our team prepared the site plans that were submitted to the Town of Norton Planning Board for a Special Permit utilizing Article 19 for affordable unit developments as well as prepared the Form “A” Plan that subdivided the property into two lots.
