MBL performed land surveying to prepare an existing conditions survey plan of the site and property lines. We also prepared detailed site plans of the proposed fire station and permitted them through the Planning Board, Zoning Board and Board of Selectman. MBL also prepared a septic system design along with percolation/soil testing as part of the permitting. As part of this project we also performed  construction survey stakeout during the construction of the project.
